How to find us

The AFI Research Collection is located in the centre of Melbourne at RMIT University's city campus, in Building 21, on level 4. Entry is via Russell Street, between LaTrobe Street and the Old Melbourne Gaol. See grid location 9-I on the map below.

Transport and Parking | The City campus is located diagonally opposite Melbourne Central Station. Most Melbourne trams travel along Swanston St. While car parking is not available on the city campus, numerous private car parks offer parking facilities in, or close to the city.
